Job Description

Ensure availability of cups, waffles, cones and other table items of his area are clean and in proper condition before use. • Responsible for cash transaction management. • Receive orders from guests. • Must be able to describe all flavours on the menu to the guest. • Familiar with daily specials/items not available before the start of service. • Refer complaints on products or service to his manager. • Prompt clearance of dirt from the tables/station, dish washing and getting them cleaned. • Draw service ware/consumables from main stores as and when requisitioned. • Thank and wish the guest before seeing them off. • Perform related duties as required.
