Job Description
A leading Biryani chain and Coffee chain are hiring enthusiastic Team Members to join our restaurant team in Gurugram.
- Welcome customers, help them with their order, and make sure they feel taken care of
- Take accurate food orders — dine-in, takeaway, and delivery — and serve them quickly
- Prepare, pack, and plate food items as per Biryani Blues standards
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen and service team throughout the shift
- Wash utensils and keep the kitchen area clean and ready
- Wipe floors, clean tables, and maintain hygiene across the outlet
- Follow food safety standards at all times — no shortcuts
