Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager – Projects & Manufacturing Coordination In Modular wardrobes, Kitchens Factory

Location: Saroorpur, Faridabad

Reports To: Founder / Director 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate between ongoing projects and manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and efficient workflow across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

- Oversee multiple ongoing projects (wardrobes, kitchens, etc.) from initiation to completion 

- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables 

- Ensure projects are executed as per schedules and client expectations 

- Identify delays or bottlenecks and proactively resolve them 

2. Manufacturing Coordination

- Act as the bridge between design, sales, and factory teams 

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output 

- Coordinate material availability, procurement, and usage 

- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all manufacturing processes 

3. Client Communication

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution 

- Provide regular updates on project status and timelines 

- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally 

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management 

4. Team & Workflow Management

- Coordinate with internal teams including design, site, and factory staff 

- Ensure clear communication of project requirements across departments 

- Maintain accountability and follow-ups with all stakeholders 

- Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes 

5. Planning & Reporting

- Maintain project trackers and MIS reports 

- Monitor KPIs such as timelines, delays, and productivity 

- Provide regular updates to management on project and factory performance 

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in operations/project management (preferably interiors, furniture, or manufacturing) 

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills 

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools 

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior execution 

- Familiarity with factory operations and production workflows 

- Basic and technical understanding of materials, hardware, and fittings
