International Technical Support Executive📍 Location: Sector 30, Gurugram

🚕 Facilities: Both-side Cab Facility
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Off
About the RoleWe are hiring International Technical Support Executives for a leading international process in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical troubleshooting support, and ensuring excellent customer experience through voice-based support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer support calls professionally
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, or devices
- Provide accurate troubleshooting and technical assistance

- Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation when required
