Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via calls/chat/email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation matrix

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support
  • Mandatory qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, or troubleshooting
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits:

  • CTC up to ₹4.0 LPA
  • In-hand up to ₹36,000/month (depending on last drawn salary)
  • Decent hike on current CTC
