Job Description
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and related IT hardware.
Perform card-level repairs such as replacing RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, screen, battery, etc.
Perform chip-level repairs including motherboard troubleshooting, IC replacement, soldering, and circuit analysis.
Identify faults using testing tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.
Handle BIOS installation, OS installation, and software troubleshooting.
Maintain proper documentation of repair work and service reports.
Coordinate with customers or internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely repair and quality service delivery
