💼 Hiring: Tele Sales Executive (Loan Process)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Attractive Incentives

🕒 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Loan/Banking/Finance Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers and explain loan products.
  • Generate and qualify leads for Personal, Business, Home, or Loan Against Property.
  • Follow up with interested customers and assist with the loan application process.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and loan processing.
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

✅ Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of Tele Sales experience (Loan/Banking/Finance preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
  • Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
