Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

· Explain project details and understand customer requirements.

· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

· Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

· Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

· Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Requirements

· Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers can also apply).

· 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service (Real Estate experience preferred).

· Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. English communication will be an added advantage.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
