Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Explain project features, pricing, and available offers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Update management on lead status and conversion progress.
