Telesales Executive

Job OverviewRSE Furnitures is looking for a dedicated and confident Sales Executive to handle B2B customer communication, sales calls, and client follow-ups. The role involves connecting with dealers, distributors, and business clients to generate sales and maintain long-term relationships.

The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to B2B customers to introduce and promote company products.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders and resales.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and assist customers in placing orders.
• Maintain records of customer communication and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Occasionally travel to other states for business visits, dealer meetings, or exhibitions when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with B2B customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication).
• Ability to work responsibly and handle customer queries professionally.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, or furniture industry will be an added advantage.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
