Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Coordinator to manage motor insurance leads, coordinate with customers and insurance companies, prepare quotations, and ensure timely policy issuance and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding new and renewal motor insurance.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the best insurance quotations.
- Compare premiums and benefits across multiple insurance companies.
- Follow up with customers until policy conversion.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claim-related support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Update lead status, follow-up dates, and remarks regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in insurance, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage.
