Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and guide them towards the most suitable loan solutions offered by CFL.

  • 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Explain various loan products (Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.)
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
  • Generate and schedule appointments for the sales/relationship team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Handle inbound queries and provide proper guidance
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into successful cases
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
