Role Overview:

We are hiring a Retail Store Assistant to manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers, and help drive local sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions and provide product guidance
• Manage billing, invoicing, and basic computer operations (POS)
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and display
• Assist in inventory tracking and replenishment
• Support local marketing efforts (pamphlets, nearby outreach, customer engagement)
• Build relationships with walk-in and repeat customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail store operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer billing/POS systems
• Understanding of local area marketing and customer handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and proactive attitude
