Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementMaintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately
- Track customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Ensure timely follow-ups with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Sales & Lead ManagementManage incoming leads and assign them to the sales team
- Track lead status, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios
- Support sales team with customer data, reports, and reminders
- Monitor customer engagement and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Data Management & ReportingGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
- Coordination & CommunicationAct as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and support teams
- Assist in planning customer campaigns, promotions, and follow-up activities
- Support customer onboarding and documentation processes
