Telecaller – Job Description
Company: Credresolve
We are urgently hiring Telecallers for our team. Candidates with prior calling or telecalling experience and good communication skills are preferred.
Position:Telecaller
Openings Available For:
- 2 Assamese Speakers
- 2 Bengali Speakers
- 2 Gujarati Speakers
- 2 Odia Speakers
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior telecalling/calling experience is mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records
- Explain services and resolve basic customer queries
- Achieve daily calling targets
💰 Salary:₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🎓 Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
