Telecalling Executive

🎯 Job Overview:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our interior design services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of home interiors.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided or self-generated)

• Explain interior design services (home, office, renovation, modular kitchen, etc.)
• Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings/site visits
• Maintain and update client database (CRM or Excel)
• Follow up with interested leads regularly
• Coordinate with the design/sales team for conversions
• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Confident and convincing speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of interior design services (preferred)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Prior experience in telecalling / sales (preferred but not mandatory)
