Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, generate leads, and handle customer queries effectively.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion targets are met
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Requirements & SkillsProven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
