Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales? Enser communication is looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Sales experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a results-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:

•       Proactively call and follow up on hot leads to drive sales conversions.

•       Maintain a strong understanding of the latest strategies in customer retention.

•       Convert potential leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate insurance solutions.

•       Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information for future reference.

•       Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

•       Deliver excellent customer experience by addressing queries and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

•       Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in BPO sales.

•       Communication: Must have excellent communication skills in English.

•       Education: Undergraduates and Graduates are both eligible to apply.

•       Age: Candidates up to 30 years of age are eligible.

•       Must be comfortable with a 6-day working week.
