📌 Job Description – Telecalling Sales Executive (Gold Loan)
📍 Location: Gurugram Sector 18
🏢 Department: Sales
👨💼 Reports To: Sales Manager
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Daily lead generation and gold loan sourcing through telecalling.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with interested customers for conversions.
• Coordinate with field sales team for closures and customer visits.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
🔹 Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate with relevant sales experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales/financial products.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
• Target-driven and proactive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
