Job Description



## Key Responsibilities


- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads


- Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and references


- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and USPs to clients


- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying intent


- Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team


- Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM systems


- Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions


- Coordinate with sales managers for closure support
