Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Loan Products

Department: Sales – Home Loans

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves

handling inside sales for Home Loans. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Home loan, strong

communication skills, and prior experience in tele/inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with potential customers via phone to explain product

● Understand customer requirements and provide the best available options.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to conversion.

● Maintain high call connect and lead conversion ratios.

● Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure smooth processing of customer

applications.

● Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.

● Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Finance/Commerce background).

● Minimum 1–3 years of inside sales/tele sales experience in financial products

(mandatory).

● Knowledge of home loan

● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
