Beyond Boardrooms is a hospitality sales representation firm specializing in driving corporate, MICE, and experiential business for handpicked hotels and resorts across India. We work closely with corporates, travel planners, and event agencies to deliver seamless, high-value stay and event solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Tele Sales Executive who can be the first point of contact for potential clients. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the leadership team, and efficiently handling inbound sales queries.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential corporate clients, travel planners, and event agencies via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Generate and qualify leads for corporate stays, offsites, and MICE requirements
Fix meetings and appointments for the Director with prospective clients
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain and update client databases and track interactions in CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams and hotel partners for basic information sharing (availability, offerings, etc.)
Follow up consistently to ensure closures and relationship continuity
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or hospitality/travel salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident on calls with the ability to pitch and build interest quickly
Organized, responsive, and result-oriented
Basic understanding of corporate travel, hotels, or MICE (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable using MS Excel, email, and CRM tools
