Job Description
Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and potential customers
Promote pharmaceutical products and explain their benefits and usage
Follow up on existing inquiries
Maintain and update customer databases and call records
Schedule appointments for the sales team or medical representatives
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma regulations
