Job Description
The Telesales Executive at Fablay Cosmetic Formulations focuses on B2B client acquisition.
They drive sales by pitching contract manufacturing, private labeling, and custom beauty formulations.
This on-site role operates out of the Sector 48, Gurugram office.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation: Outbound cold calling to beauty startups, salons, influencers, and established cosmetics brands.
- Private Label Pitching: Presenting custom manufacturing capabilities spanning skincare, haircare, baby care, and makeup portfolios.
- MOQ & Consultation: Guiding beauty entrepreneurs through Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), packaging choices, and custom formulas.
- Sample Coordination: Partnering with the in-house R&D chemistry lab to dispatch product testing samples to hot prospects.
- CRM Management: Keeping meticulous logs of wholesale beauty brand queries and tracking client pipelines.
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly B2B bulk order booking milestones and revenue quotas.
- Required Skills & QualificationsIndustry Passion: Strong interest in global personal care developments, active skincare ingredients, and cosmetics trends.
- Persuasive Communication: Sound fluency in English and Hindi to comfortably pitching to prospective business owners.
- Negotiation Capabilities: Proven ability to explain wholesale pricing margins and confidently manage client resistance.
- B2B Mindset: Ability to drive extended enterprise sales cycles, moving buyers from initial sample approval to final production.
- Education & Experience: 10th pass or above; preference given to candidates with 1+ years in inside sales, cosmetics, or telecalling.
