Job Description

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understanding the Customers

2. Generating leads through various online sources.

3. Making calls to customers and covert the customer in a potential prospect.

4. Convincing the customer on call to use the product for enhancing their business.

5. Fixing the Meetings for the Field Sales on Daily Basis.

6. Keep accurate and detailed record of calls made and results achieved.

7. Development of New Clients or Markets.

8. Achieve monthly given target.

9. Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.

10. Record detail of opportunities and lead notes.

 

 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Good communication skills and strong telephone manner.

2. Ability to write detailed follow up notes.

3. Confident, self-motivated, friendly personality and team player.
