Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms

• Convert leads into program enrollments / partnerships / collaborations

• Build and manage relationships with:

o Educational institutions

o NGOs & community groups

o Individuals interested in personal growth programs

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing

• Maintain CRM and track daily sales activities

• Collaborate with marketing team to improve messaging and campaigns

• Participate in events, webinars, and workshops for lead generation.
