We are looking for confident and energetic candidates for our International Tele Sales Process. Candidates should be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and communicating with international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls
- Explain products and services to customers
- Generate sales and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain follow-up records and CRM updates
RequirementsGood
- English communication skills
- Any accent is acceptable
- Experience in international voice process is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable with night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
