Responsibilities:

·     Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

·     Handle inbound and outbound client queries.

·     Update clients on their portfolio status, investment performance.

·     Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call records

·     Update CRM/calling sheet after every interaction

·     Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns promptly

·     Meet daily call targets and weekly conversion goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass with Finance/Commerce background; graduation preferred
• Basic understanding of financial terms.
• 0–2 years experience in telecalling or finance sector (freshers with commerce background welcome).
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Based in or able to commute to Gurugram.
