Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Motor Insurance Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining motor insurance products, and closing sales over the phone while delivering excellent customer service.

Location : Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Sector – 18, Gurugram

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell motor insurance policies

• Explain features, benefits, coverage, and pricing of motor insurance products

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Update customer information accurately in the CRM system

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in telesales, insurance sales, or BPO preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

• Strong negotiation and closing skills Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in motor insurance, general insurance, or telesales

• Experience working in a BPO or call center environment
