Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

·        Engage with potential customers interested in purchasing insurance and investment plans offered by Policy Bazaar.

·        Understand the customer's requirements and provide tailored recommendations for suitable insurance and investment products.

·        Explain the features, benefits, and exclusions of various policies to help customers make informed decisions.

·        Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, including documentation and policy issuance.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

·        Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs.

Requirements:

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to understand and explain complex financial products and insurance policies.

·        Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

·        Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.

·        Preferably a graduate degree or relevant sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

Salary: 3 LPA to 4.25 LPA, based on experience and performance.
