🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer who can shoot and edit high-quality content for digital platforms. The role involves working closely with senior leadership and handling premium shoots, client-facing videos, and social media content.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

🎥 Shooting

Capture high-quality video for:

• Instagram Reels / Shorts
• YouTube videos
• Client consultations / talking-head videos

• Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup independently
• Plan shots, angles, and compositions

💻 Editing

Edit videos for:

• Reels (fast-paced, engaging)
• YouTube (storytelling-based)
• Add:
• Captions, hooks, transitions
• Music sync & sound effects
• Ensure quick turnaround (same-day edits preferred)

🎯 Content Understanding

Create videos with:

• Strong first 3-second hook
• High retention editing
• Adapt content style for:
• Instagram / YouTube / Ads

🤝 CoordinationWork directly with:

• Founder / senior team
• Clients during shoots
• Handle shoots professionally in VIP environments

🧠 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of:

• Camera handling (DSLR / mirrorless)
• Lighting & audio setup
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of:
• Reels & YouTube content formats
• Color grading & sound design

⚡ Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years in videography & editing
• Experience in:
• Interview / talking-head videos
• Social media content creation
• Lifestyle / premium shoots
