Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a manager – influencer marketing & network operations – to lead end-to-end influencer ecosystem management. This role requires strong capabilities in scouting, onboarding, contracting, and managing influencers, while ensuring smooth campaign execution and performance delivery across international markets—particularly Spanish-speaking regions.

The role is both strategic and operational, demanding hands-on ownership of influencer programs at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Scouting & Acquisition

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Spanish and English-speaking influencers across niches.
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, exclusivity terms, and usage rights.

Influencer Network Management

• Own influencer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to long-term retention.
• Maintain influencer databases, performance trackers, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure influencer adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and content standards.

Campaign Execution & Operations

• Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns in coordination with internal strategy and client teams.
• Oversee content calendars, approvals, publishing schedules, and reporting.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Team & Process Management

• Lead and manage influencer operations.
• Build SOPs, workflows, and scalable influencer management processes.
• Ensure timely campaign delivery with zero operational gaps.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the point of contact for influencer-related client discussions.
• Present campaign performance insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage influencer escalations and reputation risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Candidate should be fluent in English both written & oral
• A candidate with Fluency in Spanish will be preferred
• Understanding of influencer platforms, tools, and analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
