Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across branches. The role involves backend operations, inter-department coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Operations Executives play a key role in ensuring efficiency and seamless functioning of business activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day backend operations and ensure smooth workflow across branches
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational queries and issues
• Visit branches when required to support operational setup and execution
• Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement strategies
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between departments

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation
• Freshers or candidates with experience in customer support, tele calling, backend operations, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently
• Good command of spoken English
• Willingness to work on weekends as per business requirements
