Waiter

About Role:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain the high hospitality standards of our 4-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel.
• Basic English communication skills.
