Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :

  1. Manage and update the company website regularly (content, products, banners, etc.)
  2. Handle end-to-end online order processing (receiving, tracking, coordination with dispatch team)
  3. Upload and maintain product listings with accurate details, pricing, and images
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, backend) for smooth website functioning
  5. Monitor website performance and ensure it is updated, error-free, and user-friendly
  6. Execute basic SEO activities (keywords, meta tags, content updates)
  7. Plan and manage digital marketing activities (social media posts, campaigns, promotions)
  8. Assist in running online ads (Google / social media) and track performance
  9. Respond to customer queries received through website or online platforms
  10. Generate reports for website traffic, orders, and campaign performance
  11. Identify opportunities to improve website engagement and increase conversions
