Handling and monitoring a particular section of a fine dining cafeteria in corporate office and bar.

• Managed the F&B inventory.

Maintaining Oberoi standards and following LQA attributes for setting industryrecommended

benchmarks.

Tending to guests from all around the globe with a proper knowledge of food

gastronomy.

•

• Attended multiple training sessions on food, cheese, and wine pairing.

Gained insights into the night operations of the hotel, and ensured proper

closing and cashiering of the outlet, with daily turnover in reference to

year-to-date.
