Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML)
Good to have skills : Generative AI, Python (Programming Language)
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include integrating generative AI models into various projects, working with deep learning frameworks, developing neural network architectures, and implementing intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and continuous refinement of models to enhance performance are also key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to incorporate into existing systems.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience in developing and deploying deep learning models using neural networks.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and the ability to integrate them into application pipelines.
- Ability to preprocess and analyze large datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
