Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing hardware and software support tasks across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses issues at various levels, including basic and intermediate troubleshooting, and works both remotely and onsite to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams and adherence to operational models are integral to the daily workflow, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively implemented and maintained across server and network infrastructures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware components, and operating system-level configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server and network environments.
- Ability to manage and maintain various software products and services across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with remote and onsite technical support practices and tools.
- Skilled in implementing and supporting technology solutions from different vendors and brands.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
