Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with software deployment and patch management processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
