The SAP Data and AI team within APAC Global Delivery Hub is dedicated to driving customer adoption success and accelerating measurable business outcomes. The team focuses on Consulting Delivery for APAC and for other regions globally, and also supports SAP’s pre-sales and sales team in the Data & AI space.

What you’ll do

 

As an Architect in Data & AI Space, you'll lead customer engagements to help SAP's customers on their transformation to SAP's innovative Data & AI Portfolio. Your role will focus on thought leadership, fostering collaboration, and achieving customer success with use of SAP solutions.

 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop innovative business data & analytics strategies, and solutions for SAP's customers
• Develop cutting edge AI solutions and AI agents that deliver real business outcomes
• Advise on the implementation and optimization of Analytics and AI solutions with SAP Business Data Cloud from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation
• Transform and modernize existing data warehousing and reporting systems
• Take on project responsibility as a lead/Architect and also support in presales activities as per need.
• Deepen and expand customer relationships through competent consulting and solution-oriented approaches

 

What you bring

 

• Deep expertise in Data & Analytics architectures, concepts and business impacts. Proven ability to align technology and business strategies for impactful customer outcomes
• 12+ years of overall experience with specialization in Data & Analytics architecture and business transformation, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions. Proven track record of delivering large scale Analytics & AI programs in the SAP environment.
• Cross industry expertise and exposure: cross industry expertise with a deep knowledge in at least two industries or domains to build relevant Use Cases for data platforms & AI
• SAP data and analytics expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP’s Data & AI portfolio (SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW) and the correlation with SAP Business AI, SAP RISE including Clean Core principles. 
• Experience working with leading third-party data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, alongside hyperscaler ecosystems including Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
• Deep technical expertise in integration architectures across hybrid SAP and non-SAP environments, with strong knowledge of Data Mesh and Data Fabric approaches, Big Data and Data Lake technologies.
• Strategic relationship building: Strong networking skills within SAP and externally, with the ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, including CIOs and CTOs
• Good Written & Verbal Communication & Ability to Interact with diverse group of people.
• Good Understanding on AI related use cases & its potential realization.
• Proven track record of performance with stable stint in the previous organizations.

 

Nice-to-Have Requirements

 

• S/4HANA & business transformation expertise: S/4HANA and business transformation knowledge to identify optimization & innovation potentials in customer engagements 
• Industry certifications: Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Architect or others, with recognition as a thought leader in enterprise architecture
