Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

Channel Finance & Collection       Strategy

• Support Mechanism for Channel Finance Onboarding strategy.
• Formulate Collection followup strategy region & channel wise.
• Customer wise collection tracking.
• Follow up with Region & Customer on Overdue collection in Banks.
• Timely Fetching of Payment from Customers CF Bank Account and timely Updation of Collection in SAP.

• Responsible for Security Cheques & Appointment forms mgt. 

 

 

 

Credit Limit Fixation & Updation in SAP

 

 

• Strict implementation of approved Credit Risk Policy standards.
• Credit Limit Calculation & updation in SAP every month.
• Blocking of Credit limits for non-receipt of Balance confirmations.
• Systematic review of Credit Limits for increase during the month.

 

 

 

 

 

Reporting and MIS for Decision support system

 

 

 

 

 

• Provide strong internal reporting and operating systems to facilitate timely action and decision making.
• Provide strong Decision Support System for monthly review with Credit & Commercial Controller.
• Monthly Channel Finance analysis & reports for detailed updates Banks Limit Utilization Etc.

 

 

 

Audit ,Compliance & Internal Control

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Ensure compliance of all processes & policies for operational efficiency across all functions and eliminate all Risk observations. 
• Help in developing and implement various Auditing procedures in line with the standard Auditing and Accounting procedures.
• Facilitate standard procedures for tax and internal audit.
