Assistant Manager-KDNI - Employee Experience
Support in executing strategies to create a high-impact, data-driven employee experience across the lifecycle, powered by query management and operational excellence. The role is accountable for experience operations, performance cycle operations support, query management & governance — ensuring fast resolution and high CSAT.
- Employee Experience Strategy Execution:
- Own execution of employee experience initiatives across onboarding to exit
- Ensure seamless experience across all HR touchpoints
- Collaboration with global and local HRBPs and TM Teams:
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Management to align experience initiatives with business needs.
- Support engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and career development activities.
- Performance Management Support:
- Own operational readiness for goal setting, reviews and closures
- Ensure timely support, communication and query resolution during cycles
- Query Management:
- Own the QM portal’s performance and content governance
- Manage day-to-day HR operations impacting employee experience, including query resolution, policy communication, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive FTR, response quality, CSAT and deflection targets
- Use interaction data to continuously improve accuracy and experience
- Engagement & Retention Activities:
- Own operations activities for pulse surveys, feedback loops and action planning
- Govern exit and retention insights with HRBPs
- Track recurring themes and escalate critical trends to HR leadership for targeted intervention
- Continuous Improvement:
- Own HR experience SLAs, resolution TATs and service quality
- Drive continuous improvement using experience analytics
- Recommend and implement best practices to enhance engagement and retention.
- Minimum 7- 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in employee engagement/experience vertical
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems, survey tools, MS Powerpoint, Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HRBP role is a good-to-have.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
