Job Description
- To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule. To provide the resources and time for HSE training, workplaces, accommodation and facilities for staff. Ensure SO observation completion on time.
- TBT for all associated team members Ensure 100% legal compliance Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations. Participating in emergency exercises Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.
- Attend safety committee meetings Spread safety procedure across down team To manage, operate, repair, and maintain the building in a professional and diligent manner, consistent with the approved budget and industry standards, in the locale where the building is operating.
- To ensure fulfillment of occupants/customers obligations under the lease agreement of the space in the building. To purchase all equipment, tools, appliances, materials including consumables and supplies reasonably necessary and desirable for the operation and maintenance of the building.
- To handle all requests and complaints of the occupants/customers. To ensure stringent health and safety practices in all the areas in the building.
- To retain all documents and records, till the minimum retention period. To ensure compliance of legal & statutory compliances check list pertaining to integrated management system & norms/ restrictions affecting the building
