Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Digitalization lead  

We are looking at a Digitization Lead who can drive business excellence initiatives within the Genpact Growth functions. Key responsibility would be to engage with business teams and lead cross-functional projects that improves business processes and drives transformational value through the application of deep process knowledge and Digital tools.  

Responsibilities  

The Digitization Lead will oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects. The type of projects that this leader will run include:  

• Defining and implementing strategic process transformation and digitization initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Compensation, and other functions  

• Drive innovative problem solving through leveraging AI/Agentic AI/ data science and digital technologies front and centre and external breathing/ best practices.  

• Acts as a liaison between business needs and IT deliverables, translating business requirements into functional technical specifications 

• User experience design for the capabilities that Growth Operations provides to our internal clients  

• Ensure adoption of the new technologies and process  

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum Qualifications / Skills  

• Bachelor’s degree from a Top Engineering school (IIT/NIT/BITS-Optional)  

• MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Business school (IIM/FMS/SPJAIN/ISB- Optional)  

• Consistent record of leading business excellence initiatives with in-depth knowledge and experience of process transformation, system analysis and design, automation, data architectures, integration and operational excellence  

• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, with deep program management expertise  

• Knowledge of sales and related processes  

• A passion for digital technologies and familiarity to take care of the ambiguous  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills  

• Experience in delivering large scale end-to-end business transformation programs (designing solutions, process mapping and diagnostics, wireframing, SDLC)  

• Experience of working in a sales environment  

• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Salesforce CPQ, Valorex, Xactly (optional) and Analytics (Tableau, CRM Analytics) tools
