Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Source to Pay
The current position is  for Assistance Vice President who would be required to create and commercialize procurement solutions for prospects across verticals and geographies. Solutions will carry elements of outsourcing, re-eng/ consulting, analytics, and technology.

Responsibilities
•    Accountable for overall service delivery irrespective of delivery location
•    Ensure there is robust operational framework implemented across delivery locations to ensure all metrics are appropriately measured and published
•    Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) across different delivery locations
•    Experience in sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supply management. 
•    Contract negotiation and contract management experience. Proven ability to negotiate and develop supplier contracts, communicate, and implement new contracts with business sourcing and stakeholders.
•    Execute cost reduction projects through competitive strategic sourcing processes (RFx), process changes, and implementation of sustainable cost controls, including collaboration with Finance to validate the impact of projects.
•    Must be able to lead sourcing and strategy meetings and will have high visibility with leadership. Strong communication and presentation skills are required. 
•    Strong analytical skills and high levels of numeracy required. Proven ability to use commercial data analysis tools to review and analyze spend data (e.g., commodity costs, supplier spend, TCOs, savings projections). 
•    Presentation skills. Able to capture and present succinct messages and data in presentation decks and communicate professionally at all levels (verbally and in writing). 
•    Business stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills and experience.
•    Ensure service delivery is consistent and standardized across delivery locations
•    Accountable for performance against financial parameters (service credits, earn backs etc.)
•    Develop Continuous Improvement/Transformation roadmap to drive improvements within the process by engaging internal teams and customer teams
•    Resource the projects which will deliver business impact & additional revenue for Genpact
•    Plan and allocate resources to ensure cost under control (manage cost levers)
•    Continually strive to reduce costs and increase productivity within their department.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Any Supply Chain/Procurement certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Good understanding and experience in managing Sourcing & Procurement processes. 
•    Has personally delivered savings through sourcing projects (indirect categories) and managing customer’s spend directly
•    Has experience of working with customer to build category strategy(ies) to create sourcing pipeline and drive savings. 
•    Working experience on any of the common ERPs (Coupa, Ariba, SAP etc.)
•    Experience of leading offshore delivery team(s) committed to deliver contractual savings.
•    Proven record of handling clients independently across EU, NA & APAC regions
•    Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
