 Roles & responsibilities 
Examining and analyzing financial information (including trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.)
Identifying risk associated with existing and potential asset-based lending transaction and conduct relevant financial analysis
Preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with project requirements
Analyzing extensive data sets and preparing data books to comprehend working capital components, historical trends/observations and framing questions for client/target company
Examining clients’ compliance with the servicing criteria outlined in Item 1122(d) of Reg AB with respect to asset backed securities transactions
Writing summarized analysis in KPMG report
Performing review of KPMG reports for consistency
Establishing strong professional relationships with team members
Utilize tools such as ABLA, Alteryx, Power Query etc. on projects

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Basic understanding of Asset Based Lending and Asset Based Securitization market
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, business writing/verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities
Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)

Educational qualifications 
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance )
Work experience
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of practical experience in conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis, coupled with a strong academic background in accounting
