What You Will Do:

• Install and support commissioning of complex system field devices as per project requirements.
• Perform configuration and commissioning activities using standard tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems.
• Respond to and support basic warranty-related calls in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal Johnson Controls teams, contractors, and customers.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of project status, progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure project activities are completed in adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project execution, commissioning, or related roles.

• A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
• To successfully meet Service growth objectives by identifying and selling new PSA and O&M opportunities (along with renewal opportunities)
• Preferred Educational Level: Degree onwards and/or relevant industry experience
• Experience Required: 6+ years and above experience in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
• Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
• Must be a proactive team player
• A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions
