QA Manager – Food Factory

With a legacy of over 3 decades, we have been serving nutritious, hygienic, and healthy food to leading corporates, MNCs, and industrial clients. We are an ISO 22000:2018 certified company and are trusted to serve 50,000+ meals daily through our food factory, base kitchen, bakery, sweets production unit, and on-site canteen operations.

As we continue to strengthen our food safety and quality systems, we are looking for a dedicated QA Manager for our food factory.

Candidate Requirement

• The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, hygiene, or production quality control in the food industry.
• The candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate or should have a background in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, Microbiology, or any other relevant food safety/food production course.
• The candidate must have good knowledge of perishable food products, shelf life, storage temperatures, FIFO/FEFO, cold room management, hygiene practices, and food handling standards.
• Good working knowledge of Excel is required for maintaining reports, checklists, audit sheets, temperature logs, NC reports, and daily quality records.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality across raw material receiving, storage, production, packing, dispatch, and final food delivery.
• Ensure proper implementation of FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, hygiene standards, and food safety documentation.
• Conduct regular audits, staff training, hygiene checks, food sample checks, temperature monitoring, and NC closure.
• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, purchase, and operations teams to maintain consistent food quality and safety.
