Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Sales Administrator Operations!
In this role, you will be responsible to act as a strategic partner to the Sales and Operations teams, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency in the sales operation. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing process improvements while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities
•    Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
•    Problem-Solving – Tackling operational challenges and proposing effective solutions
•    Leadership Potential – Demonstrating initiative and the ability to motivate teams.
•    Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and assist customers in case of any issues.
•    Produce weekly/monthly sales snapshots (bookings, billings, backlog, cycle time).
•    Acknowledge inquiries promptly; provide status updates; route issues with clear context. 
•    Stock checks, allocation, and backorder tracking; communicate delays proactively.
•    Recommend interventions (workflow changes, automations, training, policy updates).
•    Establish data standards and mandatory fields; run periodic hygiene audits.
•    Drive adoption of new dashboards/processes—training, comms, and feedback loops.
•    Structured Problem Solving: Hypothesis driven approach; clear prioritization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
•    Rich years of working experience
•    Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms.
•    Desired prior experience in translating business problems into data models, dashboards, and process changes.
•    Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. 
•    Ability to identify trends, forecast sales, and provide actionable insights.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    High attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
•    Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
•    BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) knowledge for dashboard creation and data visualization
