Job Description

Business Analytics Specialist

This role will provide support for business processes (including but not limited to Customer, Account and Enterprise data management) with focus on process improvement with a strong research background and analytical mindset.  The role involves gathering, validating, and updating account-level information using multiple data sources. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, have strong attention to detail, and possess good analytical skills. Additionally, the focus will be around maintaining the overall data quality and accuracy of our client data that’s leveraged in dashboards, reporting and analysis throughout the enterprise.

What you’ll do: 

  • Conduct in-depth research using tools such as DNB, Capital IQ, ZoomInfo, and other data sources.
  • Identify and use multiple internal and external sources to collect accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each record.
  • Compare data from different sources to detect inconsistencies or mismatches, and take necessary actions to resolve them by selecting the most accurate and credible information.
  • Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, or gaps, and provide insights that help in decision-making and improving overall data quality.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across records to maintain uniformity in data entries, such as naming conventions, formatting, and completeness across all records.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address issues, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth resolution of queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, process, and correct contact/account data by adhering to corporate data quality standards

What you’ll need:

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, data operations, or similar roles, with a strong focus on data accuracy, validation, and handling structured datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources, assess its credibility, and validate accuracy by cross-verifying details.
  • Capable of analyzing data, identifying patterns, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong focus on maintaining high data quality and minimizing errors.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel with the ability to handle data, perform and basic analysis.
  • Exposure to any data or research platforms is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, technology or related field.
